## 2. Intent

The undersigned organization expresses non-binding interest in participating
as a Phase 1 partner in the Guardians of Solano pilot, pending pilot launch
in Solano County. Participation may include (check any that apply):

- [ ] Referring residents to the Guardian intake (no-ID Tier 0 access)
- [ ] Accepting Guardian-issued credits at our business or service site
- [ ] Sharing operational data (counts, redemptions, outcomes) under written data-sharing terms
- [ ] Providing in-kind services (meals, grooming, clothing, gear, professional services)
- [ ] Hosting a partner event during the pilot year

## 3. What this letter is and isn't

**This letter is:** A statement of operational interest, signaling that the
undersigned organization is willing to be named as a Phase 1 partner on
public-facing materials (the /letters page at guardiansofsolano.com) and to
participate in pilot planning conversations.

**This letter is not:** A grant, a contract, a financial commitment, a
data-sharing agreement, or a binding partnership. Any of those would be
entered separately, in writing, with the partner's full review.

## 4. Withdrawal

The undersigned may withdraw this letter at any time, in writing, by emailing
partners@guardiansofsolano.com. The /letters page will be updated within
five (5) business days of withdrawal notice.

## 5. Term

This letter remains in effect for twelve (12) months from the signature date,
or until the Phase 1 pilot formally launches and is replaced by a written
partnership agreement, whichever comes first.
