Ride credits cover transit and partner-rideshare trips to destinations that matter — VA appointments, court dates, job interviews, clinic visits. Without a ride, a missed appointment can cascade into months of setback.

- Per-trip credits. Caps are set before this credit goes live.

- 14 days from issue.
Earning paths
- Issued by navigators tied to a scheduled appointment
- Veteran auto-credit for VA appointments (Phase 1.5)
- Reentry weekly ride credit during the 30-day bridge (Phase 1.5)
Safety + dignity
- Pickup and drop-off addresses are not shared back to the platform when DV-safe flag is set
- Driver/operator sees only the trip — no resident profile
