What it does
The Antelope Valley's designated DV-services agencies. A local domestic-violence agency operates the 24/7 crisis line, emergency shelter, and survivor advocacy. The area Family Justice Center co-locates law enforcement, prosecution, civil legal aid, and survivor advocates under one roof. Both maintain VAWA-compliant confidential records — separate from HMIS and other coordinated-entry systems.
Eligibility
Any adult or child experiencing or fleeing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking in the Antelope Valley. No documentation requirements; survivors are believed.
