When the first Antelope Valley partner signs a letter of intent, their organization will appear here with their consent. Until then, this page stays empty rather than synthetic.
If you're an Antelope Valley partner
A letter of intent says you're interested in participating as a Phase 1 partner once the pilot launches. It's non-binding, twelve months, no financial commitment. You can withdraw at any time.
We use it for two things: pacing pilot planning, and showing county officials that the operational network is forming. Your organization name appears on this page only after you sign and confirm you'd like it published.
The template below covers the standard scope. If your organization needs different terms, write to us and we'll work from there.
