For donors
- Pick a fund (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner).
- Pay through Stripe. fiscal-sponsorship fee (Social Good Fund) is disclosed.
- Your gift becomes Guardian Credits at partner kitchens.
For neighbors
- Get verified to a tier (phone-only counts).
- Open the credit, show the rotating QR code.
- Eat at any verified partner during the window.
For restaurants
- Apply to the verified-vendor program.
- Set your meal windows inside the canonical bands.
- Scan QR codes. Get reimbursed weekly.
Why credits, not cash
- Credits can't be transferred between users (no resale market).
- Rotating QR codes refresh every minute (no screenshot fraud).
- Vendors get reimbursed by the platform — no cash passes through the recipient's hands.
- Every redemption is auditable: partner, timestamp, amount. Donors see aggregate impact without seeing recipient identity.
